Turn Around

We appreciate the importance of being able to offer your customer their custom devices within a reasonable timeframe. As such, Footmed aim to deliver ten working day turn-around as standard, often this can be quicker.

Please note that manufacture can only be initiated upon receipt of all prescription information required. The first day of manufacture begins with complete orders received before 12pm.

If you chose to send your casts by courier rather than scan, please allow time for your casts to arrive to us.

We reserve the right to delay order processing or dispatch if information is missing.
