How to Order

You can order all styles of orthotics in a number of formats.

Our prescription forms for Lab Customised Prefabricated devices, or Prescription Devices (both EVA milled and custom prescription) are available to be submitted through our website. Simply fill in your variables and the required fields then submit the form. Alternatively, we can supply an electronic editable copy of our script to you which you are welcome to return to us via email to orders@footmed.co.nz. We can also supply prescription pads on special request.

For the quickest turn around and the most cost effective option for your EVA milled devices or custom prescriptions we are able to receive scans of the foam box directly at orders@footmed.co.nz. For information on the best format in which to send these please contact us directly.

You are also welcome to send your casts directly to the lab in our prepaid cast courier boxes or through your own courier company. We can supply bulk cast courier boxes to you upon request at cost.

For requests for additional pairs please feel to email orders@footmed.co.nz with the patient name, reference number if available, and any changes required.
